PARBOABOA – Tepat tanggal 5 Mei 2023 mendatang, Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) akan membuka program Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN 2023. Hal ini disampaikan langsung oleh Menteri BUMN, Erick Thohir pada 14 April 2023 lalu.
"Kabar baik untuk kalian semua, milenial dan gen-z yang ingin bergabung menjadi keluarga besar BUMN," tulis Menteri BUMN di akun Instagram pribadinya @erickthohir, dikutip Jumat (14/4/2023).
Bersamaan dengan itu, ia juga menyampaikan bahwa untuk semua calon-calon yang akan mengikuti program ini untuk mempersiapkan diri kedepan dalam menghadapi tes-tes yang akan diselenggarakan, salah satunya adalah tes bahasa Inggris BUMN.
Tes bahasa Inggris ini merupakan salah satu syarat penting dalam melamar pekerjaan di perusahaan BUMN. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya perusahaan BUMN yang melakukan kerjasama dengan perusahaan asing, sehingga kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi sangat penting.
Adanya tes bahasa Inggris BUMN bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bahasa Inggris calon karyawan. Dalam tes ini, terdapat beberapa bagian yang harus dijawab oleh calon karyawan, di antaranya adalah bagian grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, dan listening.
